FASCIA, CAPPING AND TRIM

In most cases, gutters are attached to what is known in the building trades as a "fascia board", or more commonly known as "trim". If these boards are badly weathered or rotted out, they must be replaces prior to the installation of new gutters. We recomend replacing the the boards and "capping" them with alumiminum trim coil (baked enamel finish) in your choice of color.

SOFFIT

The underside of your eaves (structural overhangs) is the "soffit". Outdated wooden soffits require time-consuming maintenance. They usually don't provide adaquate ventilation in roof rafters. We recommend replacing your old soffits with all new technologically advanced, maintenance free Vented vinyl soffits.
